Mark Trabucco Builder

meet Mark

Mark Trabucco’s journey in construction began at the age of six, when his father gifted him and his brother a woodworking toolbox. That early gesture sparked a deep and enduring passion for building, one that would shape his career and become one of his lifelong passions.

Over the past four decades, Mark has specialized in building high-end custom residences throughout Montecito, Hope Ranch, and the Santa Ynez Valley; homes that blend character, style, intentionality, and timeless quality. His global travels have broadened his architectural perspective, enabling him to incorporate diverse spatial and stylistic concepts–as well as the lifestyles of different cultures–into his projects.

Today, Mark remains deeply involved in all aspects of construction, whether collaborating with clients or developing a property of his own. He approaches each home with the same enthusiasm he’s carried throughout his career, now paired with decades of experience and a loyal network of trusted craftspeople and subcontractors. He believes the best homes are those that reflect the heart and vision of the people who live in them, and the team that creates them.
